報名：
Registration:

• 參加者必須仔細閱讀以下事項。報名申請一經遞交，即代表參加者確認及同意接受一切活動的規則、條款及安排。
• Participants must carefully read the following information. Submission of an application signifies the participant’s confirmation and agreement to all event rules, terms, and arrangements.


• 參加資格一經接納，報名費將不獲退還及不得轉讓。大會將於收到申請後十個工作天內發出確認。如未有預期收到確認電郵，請立即與大會聯絡。
• Once participation is accepted, the registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. The organizer will issue confirmation within 10 working days after receiving the application. If no confirmation email is received as expected, please contact the organizer immediately.


• 重複報名同一組別，將被視作一個單一報名。額外的報名費不予退還，如需轉移到其他申請人或其他活動，均需按取消和轉換政策繳付行政費每次每人100港元。
• Duplicate registration in the same category will be treated as a single registration. Extra fees will not be refunded. Transfers to other applicants or events require paying an administrative fee of HK$100 per person each time according to the cancellation and transfer policy.


• 有關賽事選手包的領取通知將於活動前兩星期以電郵方式通知參加者。
• Notification for collecting race kits will be sent to participants by email two weeks before the event.


• 參加者需攜同通知電郵列印本或出示有關通知電郵以領取賽事選手包及活動物資。
• Participants must bring a printed copy or show the notification email to collect race kits and event materials.


• 除1K賽事外，參加者不能同時參加 3公里 及 10公里「個人」賽項目。
• Except for the 1K race, participants cannot enter both the 3km and 10km individual races simultaneously.


• 除1K賽事外，參加者在參加 3公里 及 10公里賽程時，僅限代表「個人」或 其中一個「團體」組織出賽，不能以雙重身份代表出賽。
• Except for the 1K race, participants in 3km and 10km races may only represent an individual or one group organization, not both.


• 除1K賽事外，重覆報名將被取消參賽資格，報名費用也不獲退回。
• Except for the 1K race, duplicate registrations will be disqualified and fees will not be returned.


• 所有團體賽事於首次報名提交隊員資料後，任何變更包括但不限於增加/移除/變更隊員及更改隊員個人資料（錯別字除外），均需按取消和轉換政策繳付行政費每次每人100港元。
• For all group events, after initial team member submission, any changes including adding/removing/changing members or personal data (except typos) must pay an administrative fee of HK$100 per person each time under the cancellation and transfer policy.


• 重複報名並不會退回報名費
• Duplicate registrations will not be refunded.

健康與安全提示：
Health and Safety Tips:

• 是次賽事之賽道有上下坡路段，參加者在參賽前需自行評估自身能力及風險。
• The race course includes uphill and downhill sections; participants should assess their own ability and risk before the event.


• 參加者須清楚明白活動內容及活動性質，知悉此活動需要消耗體力，確保健康狀況適宜參與是次活動，並在活動期間自行留意個人的身體狀況。如在活動期間感到不適，請立即停止活動並向現場工作人員求助。
• Participants must understand the event nature, recognize physical exertion required, ensure they are in good health, and monitor their condition during the event. If feeling unwell, stop immediately and seek help from staff.


• 參加者請自備參賽所需用品及補充足夠水分。
• Participants should bring their own supplies and stay hydrated.


• 任何懷孕或患有慢性疾病如心臟病及高血壓的人士，皆不建議參加是次活動。
• Pregnant individuals or those with chronic illnesses such as heart disease and high blood pressure are advised not to participate.


• 主辦機構在得悉或懷疑的情況下，將保留取消任何不適宜參加是次活動之參加者資格的權利。
• The organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants deemed unfit for the event.


• 主辦機構已就是次活動購置公眾責任保險，亦建議參加者自行購買個人意外保險。
• The organizer has public liability insurance and recommends participants purchase personal accident insurance.

惡劣天氣：
Severe Weather:

• 如於活動前一天（2026年1月24日）下午六點或之後懸掛八號或以上颱風訊號，當日活動將會取消。
• If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted at or after 6 pm on 24 January 2026 (the day before the event), the event will be canceled.


• 如活動當日凌晨12時或之後懸掛黑色暴雨，當日活動將會取消。
• If the Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted at or after midnight on event day, the event will be canceled.


• 比賽前2小時懸掛8號風球 / 黑色暴雨，活動取消而不設退款。
• If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted within 2 hours before the race, the event will be canceled without refund.


• 為保障特殊及幼年選手安全，所有特殊、共融、親子組，除以上狀況外，比賽前2小時紅色暴雨亦當作取消，而不作退款。
• For safety of para-athletes and young participants, para-athletes, unified, and parent-child groups will also have the event canceled without refund if Red Rainstorm Warning is hoisted within 2 hours before the race, besides the above conditions.


• 如活動前因上述天氣導致活動取消，報名費將不獲退還。
• If event cancellation occurs due to above weather conditions, fees will not be refunded.


• 如活動進行期間天氣惡劣或懸掛上述任何訊號警告，活動總監有權將活動路線改變或取消正在進行中的活動。報名費將不獲退還。
• If severe weather or warnings occur during the event, the event director may alter the route or cancel the ongoing event without refund.


• 大會建議參加者於活動早上致電（電話：1878200）或瀏覽香港天文台 https://www.hko.gov.hk 查詢有關天氣情況。
• Participants are advised to call 1878200 or visit Hong Kong Observatory website https://www.hko.gov.hk in the morning for weather updates.


• 如有任何疑問，參賽者可透過大會活動網頁查詢最新消息。
• For questions, participants can check the latest news on the event website.

其他事宜：
Other Matters:

• 如因疫情狀況或場地問題取消活動，大會將因應當時情況公布相關資訊。
• If the event is canceled due to the pandemic or venue issues, information will be announced accordingly.


• 大會將提供行李寄存服務；惟參加者切勿攜帶貴重物品。如物品有任何損毀或遺失，大會將不會負上任何責任及作出任何賠償。
• The organizer will provide baggage storage, but participants should not bring valuables. The organizer is not responsible for any damage or loss.


• 參加者如當天使用此服務，將被假定為接受此條款。
• Using the baggage service implies acceptance of this term.


• 活動過程中如須協助，請到詢問處與工作人員聯絡。
• If assistance is needed during the event, please contact staff at the information desk.


• 所有禮品不可兌換現金。
• All gifts are non-exchangeable for cash.


• 大會有權修改以上條款。如有爭議，大會會保留最終決定權。
• The organizer reserves the right to amend these terms, with the final decision reserved in case of disputes.
